CUSTOM PROPOSAL — JESSE CORONADO

YOUR EVENTS ARE HUGE.
LET'S MAKE THE MARKETING MATCH.

A marketing partnership for the most beloved food festivals in Las Vegas. Email and ads drive the tickets. Your socials become the landing page that closes them. And every event gets a real production crew — not just one person with a phone.

The Portfolio

Five events. One audience. One company built to last.

You've built one of Las Vegas's most successful event portfolios — 30,000+ at VIVA Taco Festival, five events a year, a 30,000-person email list, all on word-of-mouth and local partner channels alone.

That doesn't happen by accident. It also means the easy wins are still sitting there — the dormant list, the missing tracking, the systems that only live in your heads. That's where the work is.

What We See

Three things to fix first. Each one a fast win.

01

A 30K list — never used.

You already own 30,000 emails of people who came to your events. We start sending. Tickets go out before a single ad dollar runs. That list is the single most valuable thing you own.

02

You're flying blind.

Right now, when an event ends, you don't really know what brought people in. We turn the lights on. You can't grow what you can't measure.

03

Your events look smaller online than they actually are.

You're drawing 30,000+ at VIVA — but the social content makes the event look like a smaller fest. One phone and a volunteer isn't a production crew. We send a real crew. Every time.

03

What We Build

Six things we own. Marketing, social, and production — all in.

01

Email + Ads · The Engine

Your 30K list and paid ads do the real work. Past attendees get the announce, the early-bird, the last-call. New buyers come from targeted ads. Life is Beautiful drives 25% of their tickets through text alone — we build that for you too.

02

Socials as Landing Pages

For events, frequent posting doesn't move tickets — looking open for business does. "Project Taco presents…" — one consistent, polished feed across all five events. One look, one calendar, always on-brand. The work happens around each event, not every day.

03

On-Site Production

Two videographers on the ground at every event day. We shoot every zone — main stage, vendor row, VIP, kids zone, games, food row. You get a finished video per zone plus a recap reel. Your social finally looks the size of the event.

04

Vendor + Sponsor Amplification

Every taco truck, tequila brand, and food vendor has their own followers. We send a ready-to-post drop-kit two weeks out so they all post in sync. For major sponsors, we shoot a spotlight video on-site they can post themselves — the single best reason for them to come back next year.

05

Reach LA and Phoenix

We run targeted ads in Los Angeles and Phoenix — pointed straight at your Facebook event pages. Same funnel you already use. Just more people from drive-market cities seeing it.

06

Performance Reports

A simple report every quarter — how many people opened emails, clicked, bought tickets, and where they came from. So you know what to repeat — and what to skip next time.

04

Three Plays We're Running First

The three biggest wins. Inside the first 90 days.

Play 01

Start texting your buyers.

Life is Beautiful sells 25% of their tickets through text alone. You don't text anyone today. We get a number, start collecting at every event, and run "presale opens Friday at 9" to your text list before any ad runs.

Example · Life is Beautiful (Las Vegas)
Play 02

Make your Facebook event pages do more.

VIVA's event page already has 5,900 people marked "interested". Today nothing happens to them. We follow up — countdown reminders, last-call posts, ticket-link messages. Same event page. Way more tickets.

Example · Meta Pixel retargeting
Play 03

Turn every vendor into a marketer.

Every taco truck, tequila brand, and food vendor has their own followers. Today they post about your event when they feel like it. We give them a ready-to-post kit two weeks out — they all post the same week. Free reach, ten times your own page.

Example · Smorgasburg, Eat Drink SF
05

What You Get · Every Event

Three phases. One concrete deliverable list per event.

Phase 01 · Build-Up

Six weeks before

Lead-up campaign · email + ads + content drip
  • Email + SMS announce → countdown → last-call series to your 30K list
  • Paid ad campaigns launch (Meta + Google · Vegas, LA, Phoenix)
  • Vendor drop-kit shipped to every taco truck, tequila brand, and food partner — ready-to-post content pack so their accounts amplify yours
  • Brand teaser content (lineup reveal, last year highlights, partner shout-outs)
Phase 02 · On-Site

Event weekend

Production crew on the ground · same-day stories
  • One polished video per zone of the event — main stage, vendor row, VIP area, kids zone, soccer tournament, food competition (typically 5–7 zone videos per event)
  • One spotlight video per major sponsor — Modelo, Patrón, whoever shows up with a booth — highlighting their activation. They can post it on their own channels (huge for renewal next year)
  • One recap video — 60–90 second full-event highlight, delivered within 7 days
  • Two videographers on the ground every event day
Phase 03 · Wrap

The weeks after

Post-production · organizing for next year
  • Post-production — every clip captured at the event goes through the edit room. Cuts, color, sound, branding
  • Content library — all finished and raw footage tagged and organized. Ready to deploy for next year's build-up
  • Performance recap — what worked, what didn't, what to plan around for next year
  • "Thanks for coming" post + the first teaser for the next event on the calendar
Between Events · Always-On

Your socials stay the "landing page" — even when no event is on the calendar.

One polished post per week across all five brand accounts. On-brand. Not feed noise.
Monthly newsletter to the 30K list — "what's next, behind the scenes, save the date."
Always-on paid ads for the next event tickets. The actual traffic engine — not organic.
Across 5 events / year

Why G Media

We don't run marketing for ten taco festivals. We run it for one.

1
One point of contact. Luis owns the relationship end-to-end. Everything else — production, paid media, design — runs behind that.
LV
Las Vegas based. We're on the ground in your city, which means same-day capture, on-site activation, and zero travel padding on the invoice.
5
Five event days a year built in. Per-event on-site coverage is included in the retainer, not billed as add-on day rates.
12mo
12-month agreement. Marketing compounds. The first 90 days set the foundation. Months four through twelve are where it really starts to pay off.

Let's walk through it together.

30 minutes. We'll walk you through the campaigns, the email mock-ups, and answer pricing or scope questions live.
